– With over two decades of leadership at Ricoh—most recently as General Manager and VP of Northeast operations—Tim founded ADS to redefine the customer experience in the office tech space.
– A former wildfire crew leader turned operations expert, Steve built organizations across both coasts before co-founding ADS. He holds Bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Forestry.
A seasoned executive with over 25 years of leadership experience in the office equipment and IT industry, Anthony joined forces with ADS in 2022 leveraging a deep understanding of technology to provide exemplary service experiences.
– Courtney has served as Branch Sales Manager at ADS since October 2019, drawing on previous roles as Senior Technology Consultant and Sales Consultant. She brings with her a strong foundation in insurance sales from her time as an Agent at New York Life and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing and Management from Monmouth University.
– As Sales Manager, Timothy Houlihan Jr drives business development through customer-focused solutions. He works closely with clients to understand needs and deliver services. Known for his approachable style, he combines ADS expertise with a commitment to customer success.
In Operations, Maci Houlihan ensures projects run smoothly from start to finish. She coordinates departments to maintain efficiency and accuracy. Detail-oriented, she delivers reliable, on-time support. Her problem-solving skills and proactive approach minimize challenges, reinforcing ADS’s promise of dependable service.
