A Morris County hotel and conference venue runs on last-minute color: banquet menus, table cards, directional signage, frequently needed the morning of an event, printed by front-desk and banquet staff who are not, and shouldn’t have to be, technicians.
The problem
Their old machines made color look muddy and required a small ritual to operate. When a planner changed the menu at 7 a.m., the staff needed reliable, walk-up-simple printing, not a support ticket.
What we did
We standardized on Sharp color MFPs with a genuinely simple front panel, built one-touch presets for the formats they print most, and set up clean scan profiles for signed event contracts. One fleet, one way of working, across departments.
The result
Event collateral turns around the same morning, the color actually matches the brand, and the front desk runs the machine without a second thought.
“The test is whether someone on their first week can walk up and print a menu,” the manager said. “Now they can.”
